AN 18 HOLE GOLF TOURNAMENT AND SUPPER WAS HELD ON JUNE 26TH,2016 IN VINTON
On Sunday June 26th,2016 We had our first fundraising event of the year which was an 18 hole golf tournament and supper organized by Mickey Creek Golf Course. We would like to thank Jeff Presley and his staff especially Sandra for a wonderful day of golf and an excellent meal. We would also like to thank Pat Mahoney and Dave Hunter for all their help in organizing the event. A special thanks goes out to our sponsors, Marie-Josee Lupien and Marc Chrétien, Tru-line collision, Evangeline Gifts, Barbs my time spa, Cutz, Mimi’s Restaurant, and John Atkinson. Congratulations to all our winners!!!! 1st place winner team of 4 Wayne Campeau, Gil Lett, Les Atkinson and John Lamothe with a score of 67. In 2nd place team of 4 Harvey Smith, Brayden Smith, Brad Barr and Ben Barr with a score of 68. Longest Drive Men Jerry Lafleur, Longest Drive Women Stacey Lafleur, Longest Drive Senior Pat Marion. Closest to the pin Men’s Harvey Smith, Closest to the pin Woman’s Carol Soucie. Winner of the Liquor Basket was Claude Lacroix. A big thank you to all our participants.
